OFFICIAL RAFFLE PARTICIPANT RULES AND TERMS
2026 HUMANITARIAN FUNDRAISER

This raffle is conducted by PSILC Charities Foundation, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, in strict compliance with California Penal Code § 320.5 and all applicable regulations governing nonprofit raffles within the State of California.

  1. Eligibility
    Participation in this raffle is limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time a raffle ticket is issued. The individual requesting a PIN # and authorization to participate MUST be 18 or older.
  2. Age Restriction
    Pursuant to California Penal Code § 320.5, no raffle ticket shall be sold, issued, or otherwise provided to any person under the age of eighteen (18). Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not eligible to enter, participate in, or win any raffle prize.
  3. Minor Volunteers
    Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may volunteer to assist adults 18 or over with fundraising activities; however, minors shall not receive raffle tickets, be entered into the drawing, or claim raffle prizes under any circumstances.
  4. Issuance of Raffle Entries
    A raffle ticket shall be issued only upon verification that the required fundraising threshold of twenty-four (24) verified sign-ups and/or donations has been satisfied. All raffle entries shall be issued solely in the name of the qualifying adult participant.
  5. Non-Transferability
    Raffle tickets are non-transferable and must remain in the name of the original qualifying participant. Substitution or reassignment of entries is prohibited.
  6. Drawing and Prize Award
    Winners shall be selected by random drawing on the announced date. Participants need not be present to win unless otherwise stated. Winners must present valid government-issued identification to claim any prize.
  7. Compliance and Use of Proceeds
    All raffle proceeds shall be used exclusively for charitable purposes in accordance with California Penal Code § 320.5. The organization reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle if required to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
  8. Acceptance of Rules
    Participation in this raffle constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Raffle Rules and to the decisions of PSILC Charities Foundation, Inc., which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the raffle.

    1. Print this form and follow the instructions listed below.
    2. Sign, date and return this document (can be scanned or take a legible pic, attach and email back with your pin request).
    3. By signing this form and emailing it back you are fully agreeing to ALL the Rules and Terms listed herein. Including vendors rules and policies.
    4. Request a PIN # by emailing this completely filled and executed form to psilccharitiesfoundationinc@gmail.com
    5. Upon approval a blank participant form will be emailed back with your name and pin # pre printed on the sign up sheet.
    6. Sign up as many donors as you can. For each completely filled out sheet, front and back (24 total donors with a minimum of $5.00 donated by each donor) total of $120.00, you will receive (1) raffle ticket.
    7. In the event the donor you sign up decides to register by requesting a PIN # and participate, you will also receive a BONUS raffle ticket for every (24) donors they sign up. Participants must be donors first to participate.
    8. ALL completed donor entry forms must be COMPLETELY filled out and also be legible when submitting otherwise you will not receive a raffle ticket. You may handwrite all the entries or type them up. Make sure everything entered is legible.
    9. Scan/take pic and email your completed form back to psilccharitiesfoundationinc@gmail.com
    10. Turn in the original form and all donations collected to your group leader so they may turn it in to their group leader.
    11. Once your completely filled out and legible submitted form is accepted you will receive a digital photo of your raffle ticket.
    12. All donations, cash, Venmo, Zelle must be accounted for and turned in to your Group Leader. More details on our website.
    13. If you collect cash for some of the donations, account for it and send the $120 total either by venom or zelle to your group leader.

Winners will receive a voucher.  Voucher must be used within 12 months from date of issuance.  The Hawaiian Vacation Package
raffle prize is transferable, meaning the winner of the raffle prize does not have to be the one using the voucher and can gift it to others.  This applies
to Airfare, resort and shuttle service as well.  Once the voucher holder books the accommodations, they agree to and must follow the rules and policies set forth 
by the venue/vendor.  Any changes may void or cancel or incur additional fees.  Changes, if allowed, and any cost involved is at the discretion of each
vendor/venue described above.  Raffle prize winner has up to 30 days to pick up/receive the voucher once notified of the winning.  PSILC Charities Foundation, Inc. is
not responsible for the loss, misplacement etc. of the voucher after 45 days of notification to the winner.
