Professionally, Aaron is the Founder of The Posture Lab™ and originator of Posture Optimization™, a discipline focused on improving human posture to support health, movement, athletic performance, resilience, and longevity. Over more than four decades, he has devoted extensive study to the relationship between posture, biomechanics, movement, pain, and human performance.
Aaron is the author of seven books and more than 100 published articles. Early in his career, he was selected as one of 35 therapists from more than 2,000 applicants to serve on the inaugural Olympic Sports Massage Team in Los Angeles.
Aaron developed Reposturing®, the flagship methodology taught through The Posture Lab™, providing a systematic approach to assessing and improving posture. Through research, education, professional certification, publishing, and public advocacy, he continues working to advance Posture Optimization™ and empower individuals to move better, improve their health, and achieve greater functional longevity.
